Fofi Trigazi is a Dramatherapist (The Institute of Dramatherapy) Group analyst and Couple and Family therapist (Hellenic Institute of Group Analysis and Family Therapy).Supervisor through Appreciative Approach (Kensington Consultation Centre).

She is a member of G.A.S.i, member of E.A.P and a founding member of E.D.P.E. Holder of the European Diploma of Psychotherapy.

She has done postgraduate studies in the Dynamics of Dance and Drama (Castle Priory College, Laban Centre), Body Psychotherapy

(Augsburg Institute) and in the Psychotherapeutic approach NIG (Neuro-imaginative Gestalting).

She has worked in Special Education, the Greek Society of Group Analysis and Psychotherapy, in the Centre of Psychosocial Support of the Municipality of Maroussi, the Municipality of Kifissia and the European Women Network.

In 1998 she founded the Center of Personal Development through Art
