* Students / Trainees. Please provide a personal training confirmation document from the Training Institute/Center.

Registration is valid upon receipt of payment. Confirmation of registration by the Congress Secretariat will then follow. PRICES ARE IN EUROS (€)

Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance of the Congress and the parallel events
  • Conference material
  • Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
  • Coffee breaks according to the programme
  • Light lunch at lunch break on Friday & Saturday
  • Certificate of attendance

VAT is not included

Payment Method

By Bank deposit / Bank transfer at EDPE’s bank account at National Bank of Greece. Detailed instructions are included in the Registration Form. Bank charges must be paid by the participant.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made in writing to the Secretariat (edpe2016congress@gmail.com)
– until August 30th, 2016, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
– no refund will be made after this date.
Refunds will be made within 45 days after the end of the congress. Bank charges or other expenses will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
